If we want to improve the academic outcomes of our students we must be intentional about improving the learning experiences of the adults who teach them. Historically, school improvement efforts have been centered on “fixing” children rather than improving the practices of the teachers responsible for their learning. In this session, we will discuss how to leverage high quality feedback as a tool of adult capacity building and school improvement.
